Community Guidelines
How we expect people to behave here.
Last updated 24 August 2026
Severaro connects real people who train together in real places. These guidelines are what makes that safe enough to be worth doing. They apply everywhere in the product: community profiles, partner requests, coach connections, session notes and tournaments.
Be who you say you are
- Use your real name and a real photo of yourself.
- Do not impersonate another player, coach, club or organisation.
- Do not create an account for someone else, and do not create one on behalf of anyone under 18.
- Do not overstate coaching qualifications or certifications you do not hold.
Treat people decently
- No harassment, threats, hate speech or sexual content.
- No unsolicited advertising, recruitment or spam.
- Do not share someone else's personal details — phone number, address, photos — without their agreement.
- Coaching feedback should be honest and specific. Publicly disparaging another coach or player is not feedback.
Meeting in person
- Arrange first sessions at a public sports venue.
- Tell someone you trust where you are going and when.
- You are never obliged to share contact details to arrange a session.
- If something feels wrong, leave. You can block and report afterwards.
If someone breaks these rules
Report it from the profile, request or session in question, or email us. Depending on what happened we may warn the account, remove content, remove community visibility, or close the account. Serious cases are reported to the relevant authorities.
