If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Severaro cannot respond in an emergency.

Blocking someone

Blocking is immediate and does not notify the other person. A blocked account cannot see your community profile, send you requests, or appear in your matches. You can block from any profile or request in Community.

Reporting

• Report from the profile, request, message or session the problem happened in — that gives us the context we need.
• If you cannot reach the report control, or the matter is urgent, email support@severaro.com with what happened and when.
• Reports are read by a person. We do not tell the reported account who reported them.

What happens next

We look at the account's history and the report together, and act in proportion: a warning, removal of content, loss of community visibility, or account closure. During Early Access we aim to respond within a few working days, and we will tell you when we have acted.

Safety when training with someone new

• Meet at a public club or court, in daylight where you can.
• Share your plans with someone you trust.
• Keep first contact inside Severaro until you are comfortable.
• Trust your judgement — you never owe anyone a session.
