Terms & Conditions

The rules for using Severaro.

Last updated 24 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of Severaro. This is an Early Access version (Early Access v1.1, 24 August 2026); by creating an account you agree to it. Because Severaro is in active development, these Terms — like the product — may be updated over time. We record which version you accepted, and we will ask again when a new version materially changes what you agreed to.

Who can use Severaro

If you are 18 or over you can create an account yourself. If you are under 18, you can create an account but you cannot use it until a parent or guardian has linked theirs to it and accepted responsibility for it.

A parent or guardian who accepts that link decides whether the young player can be found by other junior players, and approves each coach, each match and each tournament individually. Either of them can end the link at any time. Ending it does not delete the young player's account or their history, but it does stop those activities until another parent or guardian is linked.

We do not verify that a person accepting a guardian link is a legal guardian, and we do not carry out background checks on coaches or on any other user. If we learn that a young player is using Severaro without a genuine parent or guardian, we will suspend the account.

Using Severaro

  • You must provide accurate information — including your real date of birth — and keep your account secure.
  • You're responsible for the content you record, including session notes and messages.
  • Use the platform respectfully — harassment, impersonation and misuse are not permitted. See the Community Guidelines.
  • Coaching content on Severaro is a tool to support your work, not a substitute for professional judgement.
  • Severaro is not a medical, physiotherapy or nutrition service, and nothing in it is medical advice.

What it costs

Severaro is free during Early Access, and Pro features are included for everyone taking part. We may introduce paid plans later; if we do, we will tell you what changes before it changes, and you will never be charged without agreeing first.

Relationships between coaches and athletes

Coaching arrangements — including lessons, scheduling and any payment for them — are between the coach and the athlete. Severaro provides the tools they use to organise that work; it is not a party to it, does not employ coaches, and does not verify anyone's qualifications unless a badge on their profile explicitly says otherwise.

Community and safety

When meeting training partners found through Community, use common-sense safety precautions. Meet in public sports venues, and report inappropriate behaviour through the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Early Access

The service is provided on an “as is” basis during Early Access. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable as we improve the platform. We'll always aim to protect your data and give notice of material changes.
