How to cancel

Go to severaro.com/cancel-subscription. The page is permanently available and directly reachable, and you do not need to enter a password to get to it.

You will be asked which subscription you are ending — that is the only reason the next step needs to know who you are — and then shown a confirmation button. There is nothing else on that page: no offers to stay, no discount, no questionnaire.

When it takes effect

Your subscription ends at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until that date and you are not charged again.

If no paid period is running, it ends immediately.

Your confirmation

We confirm every cancellation to you and the confirmation states three things: what you cancelled, the date and time we received your cancellation, and the date the contract ends.

The confirmation stays available in your account so you can return to it, print it, or save it.

Changing your mind

If you cancel and change your mind before the end date, you can resume the same subscription from your billing page and it continues as before. Once it has ended, starting again is a new subscription.

Cancelling is not the same as withdrawing

Cancelling ends a subscription going forward. Withdrawing is a separate statutory right, available in the first 14 days, that unwinds the contract and gets your money back. If you are within 14 days of subscribing, read the Right of Withdrawal document — it is probably what you want.

Deleting your account

Deleting your Severaro account is a different action, available in Settings. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it as well — deleting an account does not by itself end a contract, and we would rather say so than let you assume it.
