Subscription Terms

The terms that apply to a paid Severaro plan.

Last updated 2026-08-26

Draft, version 2026-08-26, market: European Union. This document has not been reviewed by a lawyer and makes no claim of compliance. Severaro is not selling subscriptions yet; nothing here is capable of creating a paid contract today.

What a paid plan is

A paid Severaro plan is a subscription to a continuing digital service. You pay a fixed amount each month and, in return, your account keeps the features listed for that plan for as long as the subscription runs. It is not a purchase of a file, a download, or a one-off piece of content.

That distinction matters for your rights rather than for our convenience: it is why your right of withdrawal is not extinguished the moment you start using the service. See the Right of Withdrawal document.

Price, tax and currency

Every price shown to you is the total you pay, including any applicable tax. There is no separate amount added at the end.

Prices are set independently for each market and are never converted between currencies. A price shown in euros is a euro price and a price shown in Turkish lira is a lira price; neither is a conversion of the other, and the rate between them is not used anywhere.

Which market applies to you is determined by where you are, not by which language you read Severaro in. Changing the interface language never changes your price or the terms that apply to you.

Duration and renewal

A subscription runs for one month and renews for a further month each time, until you cancel it. There is no minimum term, no lock-in period, and no fee for ending it.

Renewal happens automatically because that is what a subscription is; it is not a trap and it is not hidden. You are told the renewal date before you subscribe, it is shown on your billing page for as long as the subscription runs, and cancelling stops it.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason, at severaro.com/cancel-subscription. That page is always available and you do not need to be signed in to reach it. Cancelling is not routed through email, a support ticket, or a chat.

Your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We confirm the cancellation to you, stating what you cancelled, when we received the cancellation, and the date the contract ends.

Subscriptions that cover more than one person

Some plans cover several people. A Duo or Family plan covers a small group; a sponsored pack is bought by a coach or a tournament organiser and covers their players. In every case one person is the customer — the person who agreed to the plan and pays for it — and each person covered holds a place on that subscription.

Paying for someone's place gives you no access to their account. You do not see their training data, their messages, their results, or their activity, and you cannot act on their behalf. What you can see is who holds a place on the subscription you pay for, when each place started, and when it ends. That is the whole of it, and it is deliberate: buying somebody a subscription is not the same as being given a view into their account.

A place is never taken without the person's own act. Either they open an invitation link and claim the place themselves, or the customer adds a player they already work with through Severaro. Nobody is added by having their email address entered, and there is no way to search Severaro for a person in order to add them.

Being given a place creates no other relationship. It does not make a coach your coach, it does not give anyone permission over your account, and it does not change who can see your data. If you already had a coach, that stays as it was; if you did not, a place does not create one.

The customer can remove a place at any time and can end the whole subscription at any time. Either one ends the paid features for the people affected. Nothing else about those accounts changes: the account stays, the data stays, and the free features stay. If the person also pays for their own subscription, that one is untouched.

Only the customer can cancel the subscription or change who holds a place. A person who holds a place can see that their access is paid for and until when, and can leave, but cannot alter or cancel someone else's contract.

Who the contract is with — parents and young players

A subscription contract can only be entered into by an adult. Where a young person uses Severaro, the parent or guardian is the person who contracts and pays, and the young person is the person whose account receives the features.

This is not a formality. Only the adult who holds the contract can change or end it — a young player can see that their account is covered and by whom, and cannot cancel or alter their parent's subscription. Equally, the adult is the person we deal with about the contract.

Severaro does not verify family relationships and does not claim to. A guardian link is a connection two accounts have both acted to create, not a checked legal status.

Changes to price

We may change the price of a plan for future billing periods. If we do, we will tell you before the change takes effect and you will be able to cancel before paying the new price. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

What we do not do

Severaro never asks for or stores card numbers, security codes, or bank account details. When payments open, card details will be handled entirely by a payment provider on its own systems.

We do not sell one-off content, we do not run auto-renewing annual contracts, and we do not offer trials that convert into paid subscriptions without a further act by you.

If something goes wrong

Your statutory rights as a consumer apply in full and nothing in this document limits them. If a payment fails, we will tell you and your access continues while we try again; we do not remove access the moment a card is declined.
