Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement — for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is enough for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Severaro refunds the full amount you paid, even where you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period and used it in the meantime. We have chosen not to charge for the days used. This is our own decision and is more favourable to you than the law may require; it does not reduce or replace any statutory right you have.

Starting the service during the withdrawal period

A subscription that you cannot use for 14 days is not much of a subscription, so before you subscribe we ask you to expressly request that we begin providing the service straight away.

That request is not a waiver, and we do not ask you to waive anything. Your right to withdraw within 14 days is unaffected by it, and a withdrawal within that period is refunded in full.

You may sometimes see wording elsewhere saying that agreeing to immediate access extinguishes the right of withdrawal. That rule is about one-off digital content — a file you download. A monthly subscription is a continuing service and is not fully performed while it is still running, so the right does not disappear when you start using Severaro.

If we did not give you this information

If we failed to inform you properly about your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period is extended. Under EU rules it can run for up to twelve months and 14 days.
